matelier is exclusively the technical operator of this platform. The contractual partner for the croissant subscription is the respective bakery whose logo and contact details are visible on the main page. The respective bakery is solely responsible for the quality of the products and the execution of the subscription.

§ 1 Role of the Platform

The operator of gipfeli-abo.ch only provides the technical infrastructure for processing subscriptions. The operator does not sell any baked goods themselves.

§ 2 Contractual Partner

Upon concluding a subscription, a purchase contract for the goods is exclusively concluded between the user (customer) and the selected bakery (provider).

§ 3 Disclaimer

The operator assumes no warranty or liability for:

The quality, freshness, or availability of the baked goods at the time of pickup.
The accuracy of the information provided by the bakeries regarding ingredients and allergens.
Any health damage that could result from consuming the products.
Company holidays or short-term closures of the bakery.

§ 4 Return Policy

Any complaints regarding the goods must be addressed directly to the respective bakery.
